Shipping policy
At Boucherie Al Baraka, we make sure your order is delivered fresh, safely, and in the best possible conditions, thanks to a controlled cold chain delivery system.
Delivery area
We currently deliver only within Belgium. Any order with a delivery address outside Belgium cannot be processed.
Cold chain delivery
All orders are shipped via DPD Fresh, a delivery service specialized in fresh food products.
- Products are transported at a controlled temperature between 0°C and 4°C
- The cold chain is maintained from preparation to delivery
- This guarantees freshness, quality, and food safety upon receipt
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order amount:
- Orders below €100.00 → €14.90 shipping fee
- Orders of €100.00 and above → Free shipping
The shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is present to receive the order at the provided address. In the event of absence at the time of delivery, we cannot guarantee the freshness of the products and no refund can be granted.
