At Boucherie Al Baraka, we ensure that your order is delivered fresh, safely, and in the best possible conditions thanks to a controlled cold-chain delivery system.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver strictly within Belgium. Any order with a delivery address outside of Belgium cannot be processed.

Cold Chain Delivery

All orders are shipped via DPD Fresh, a specialized delivery service for fresh food products.

Products are transported at a controlled temperature between 0°C and 4°C
The cold chain is maintained from preparation all the way to delivery
This guarantees freshness, quality, and food safety upon receipt

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order amount:

Orders under €124.99: €9,95 shipping fee
Orders of €125.00 and above: Free shipping

Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is present to accept the delivery at the provided address. In case of absence during delivery, product freshness cannot be guaranteed, and no refund will be issued.
