Boucherie Al Baraka offers fresh meat and food products, prepared daily in accordance with hygiene, food safety, and halal standards.

Due to the natural and perishable nature of the products:

  • Products are intended for quick consumption or proper refrigerated storage
  • Images, weights, and descriptions are indicative and may vary slightly

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to enter into a contract
  • The information provided is accurate and complete
  • You accept the prices, delivery fees, and conditions displayed at checkout

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:

  • Pricing or information errors
  • Product unavailability
  • Suspected fraud or abuse

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery fees are calculated separately and displayed prior to payment.

Orders are prepared only after full payment has been received.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery within Belgium only
  • Shipping via DPD Fresh with a controlled cold chain between 0°C and 4°C
  • The customer must ensure someone is present to accept the delivery

In case of absence during delivery, freshness cannot be guaranteed, and no refund will be granted.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable products
  • Fresh food prepared to order

Therefore, orders cannot be canceled after preparation has started, except for exceptions outlined in our refund policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Refunds are granted only in cases of proven issues related to transport or delivery.

8. Food Safety and Storage

After delivery, the customer is responsible for the proper storage and handling of the products. Boucherie Al Baraka cannot be held liable for improper storage or delayed refrigeration.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Boucherie Al Baraka shall not be held liable for indirect damages or damages resulting from improper use or storage of the products.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the site is the property of Boucherie Al Baraka and may not be used without prior written authorization.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
