Boucherie Al Baraka offers fresh meat and food products, prepared daily in accordance with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and helal requirements.

Due to the natural and perishable nature of the products:

  • Products are intended for quick consumption or proper refrigerated storage

  • Images, weights, and descriptions are indicative and may vary slightly

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to enter into a contract

  • The information provided is accurate and complete

  • You accept the prices, delivery fees, and terms displayed at checkout

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

  • Pricing or information errors

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspected fraud or abuse

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery fees are calculated separately and displayed before payment.

Orders are prepared only after full payment has been received.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery within Belgium only

  • Shipping via DPD Fresh with a controlled cold chain between 0°C and 4°C

  • The customer must ensure that someone is present to receive the order

In the event of absence at delivery, freshness cannot be guaranteed and no refund can be granted.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable products

  • Fresh food items prepared to order

Orders therefore cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun, except in cases covered by the refund policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds are granted only in the event of a proven issue related to transport or delivery.

8. Food safety and storage

After delivery, responsibility for proper storage and handling of the products lies with the customer.

Boucherie Al Baraka cannot be held responsible for improper storage or delayed refrigeration.

9. Limitation of liability

Within the limits permitted by law, Boucherie Al Baraka shall not be held liable for indirect damages or damages resulting from improper use or storage of the products.
